OUR PROCESS

1. Free Initial Phone/ Video Consultation

We begin with a friendly phone or video chat to understand your space, lifestyle, and goals. This gives us a clear starting point and ensures we tailor every step to your needs. At the conclusion of your free initial phone/ video consult we will schedule your Home Organising Session.

2. Transformation Planning

Before we arrive, we map out the best approach for your chosen area — whether it’s your pantry, wardrobe, linen closet, or an entire room. This includes identifying problem zones, potential systems, and the most efficient order of attack.

3. Hands-On Organising Session

We work directly with you to declutter, edit, and reorganise your space with purpose and ease. Every session focuses on visible progress and creating simple, maintainable systems that support how you actually live.

4. Your Clear Space System

Once the space is reset, we style, refine, and finalise the layout so it feels calm, intuitive, and functional. Before we leave, we walk you through your new systems and offer guidance to keep everything working beautifully long after the session.
